Section 3 - Host Information

We ask that you find a reliable person to be your host/hostess. This is a great way to involve a colleague in the conference. If you name a host, he/she will be listed in the program with your workshop description and will receive a host ribbon. Names must be submitted before August 15th.

Please indicate "NONE" in both fields if you do not need/want a host.

PLEASE READ

  • Scheduling: Scheduling over 90 sessions over three days is a very difficult task. Every effort is made to balance languages, types of workshops, etc. A/V requests also play a role in when and where your session can be scheduled. Please inform NYSAFLT here if there are any times during the conference when you are UNAVAILABLE to present:

  • Registration: With the exception of Pre-Conference presenters, guest presenters from outside the LOTE profession and presenters who are not attending any other portion of the Conference, all presenters are required to register for the Conference. Please understand that we could not afford to waive registration fees for over 90 presenters. Your dedication and your giving of your time and energy to the profession are deeply appreciated. NOTE: Presenters of a Exhibitors Showcase who are registered as an exhibitor in the exhibit hall need not also register as a conference attendee.
